Placement of an order constitutes agreement of our shipping terms below. Please read before completing your order.
Merchandise ordered from S.L.Websales, Inc (dba www.horsetackonline.com) whose size and weight are too large or heavy for UPS, FedEx or US Mail will be delivered via Motor Freight Truck. If you have any questions regarding shipping please contact us and we will gladly work with you.
Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an item and it has not shipped we will gladly cancel the order and refund your purchase amount. If the product has shipped we will contact the carrier and have the item returned to the manufacturer. You will be responsible for all shipping fees incurred. They will be deducted from the refund amount.
Shortages of raw material, strikes, etc. may occasionally alter production schedules and/or shipping times. S.L.Websales, Inc, will notify you via email as soon as the manufacturer informs us.
Ranch, Stable, and Farm Equipment will generally ship directly from the manufacturer to you. Larger items will ship by motor freight (Big Truck) usually within 2 – 3 weeks. The shipping company will call you a day or two in advance for instructions and to setup a delivery time. Please read and understand the Motor Freight Shipping Information below. Smaller items are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or US Mail and standard delivery time is 4 to 12 days.
It is very important to examine your delivery for damages, shortages, wrong product or other issues and to communicate the issues with S.L.Websales, Inc immediately regardless of the carrier. However, this comment is here to stress the importance with motor freight carriers. Please read the Motor Freight Shipping Information below.
It is critical that you document any issues on the shipping freight receipt at time of delivery.

Products and Saddles purchased with “free shipping” then returned for credit:
Original shipping charges paid by S.L. Websales,Inc will be deducted from your refund. Example: Total saddle purchase price 630.00 returned for a refund. Approximately 30.00 (depending on your location) will be deducted from the saddle refund. (i.e 600.00).
Expedited Shipping within the USA:
Expedited shipping options depend on your items purchased. If you are ordering Ranch, Stable or Ranch Equipment that ships by motor freight - We cannot speed up delivery of these items, there is no faster service available like there is with UPS, FedEx or US Mail. You can expedite items that ship UPS, FedEx, or US Mail, including products which include free shipping. During the checkout process you will see the “calculate” shipping button. When you select this button please enter your Country, State and Zip then click “Get Rates” you will see your shipping options available. You should see something similar to the following:

You may change your selection to expedite shipping. However, selecting a faster shipping method does not negate normal processing times for your order. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received which may take 2-5 business days. Once an order has been processed and is ready for shipping then it is shipped by the method you have selected.
Shipping Products Outside The USA:
Saddles Only – Free shipping does not apply to orders outside the USA, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. A $30.00 credit (promo code) will be given to all saddle orders outside the USA to accomodate 'Free shipping'.
Other Products - Please contact us directly to determine if the products you are interested in are available for shipping outside of the U.S.A.
MOTOR FREIGHT SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Motor freight shipping means BIG truck, unlike UPS or FedEx that leaves a package on your doorstep. Trucking companies base their costs on weight and size, and usually have a minimum weight, so it may cost the same for an item that weighs 50 pounds as an item that weighs 250 pounds.
Motor freight companies will not offload without your assistance, nor will they leave anything without a signature. Therefore, you must have the capability to get your merchandise off the truck, either with a forklift, tractor with forks, a ramp, etc. Most trucking companies will deliver with a lift gate if you specify you want lift gate service when you place your order. You will be asked at checkout if you wish to have your merchandise delivered via a truck with Lift Gate service. Lift Gate fee is typically $130. If selected this fee will be added to your product at checkout.
Lift Gate Service means the carrier will deliver your product on a truck that has a lift in the back. This lift will lower your product from the large truck bed to ground level. This may eliminate your need to have a forklift or tractor available at delivery. It is your responsibility to get the product off the truck so you have to determine if the lift gate is necessary.
At the Motor Freight companies discretion they may call in advance to make sure someone will be there to offload and sign for the delivery; however, if you require them to call you, they will charge an additional $35 to $50 fee, again depending on the motor freight company. If delivery is made and nobody is home a re-delivery fee may be imposed. If you do not accept delivery within a certain period of time the trucking company may charge you a storage fee. Additional fees and disputes over the delivery times are between you and the trucking company.
S.L.Websales, Inc has no control over the trucking company’s schedule. We recommend the following:
1. If you know anyone with a business address that gets motor freight deliveries, ask them if it's ok to have your delivery sent to them, and you can pick it up from their location.
3. Specify in the comments section you want to pick the item up at the nearest freight terminal. If the freight company delivering your merchandise has a local terminal we will notify you and adjust the shipping cost.
Very Important: You MUST examine the merchandise carefully upon receipt and note any damages, missing pieces, wrong product, etc.. on the carrier's delivery receipt. Document the issues on the shippers freight bill and fax directly to us on the same day (If delivery is after hours and you cannot reach S.L.Websales, Inc you must leave us a message indicating the issue and a contact number to reach you. Do NOT refuse the delivery. S.L.Websales, Inc will file the claim with the carrier and make sure that all replacement merchandise and/or repairs are completed at no charge. You are financially responsible for merchandise damaged or any shortages in shipment unless you document the damage or shortage on the shippers freight bill. If you refuse delivery due to damage, you will be required to file the freight claim with the carrier and/or you will be responsible for all shipping cost.
S.L.Websales, Inc will NOT except responsibility if damages, shortages, or wrong products are not documented at time of delivery or if delivery is refused. This means if an item is damaged and you do NOT document the damage on the freight bill, you will be solely responsible for filing the claim with the freight company and if they do not honor the claim, we cannot help you. We recommend documenting on the freight bill any scratches, chipped paint, dents, holes in cardboard, or anything that does not look right – it will make a big difference if a claim is filed at a later date for hidden damages. Note: Taking pictures is also a great idea.
**Refusing an order due to wrong product, missing pieces, product different than description or pictured does not recuse the customer from original and return shipping charges.
If your property is not accessible by motor freight we cannot be responsible for any additional charges incurred to deliver the freight. In some cases, drivers may require curbside delivery which may include unloading at the end of a driveway.
We do not guarantee delivery dates! Our manufacturers have a very good record of getting motor freight shipments to you in 10 to 14 days but there are times when it may take longer. If you have to have an item by a certain date tell us when you place your order. If we feel the product cannot be delivered by the specified date we will notify you and cancel your order.
Stall Mats and Rubber Flooring Shipping Information:
Stall Mats and Rubber Flooring are typically delivered via Motor Freight. Due to many factors and variables automatically computing shipping cost for stall mats and rubber flooring can get complicated. S.L. Websales, Inc. has built into the stall mat and rubber flooring product pages the shipping costs variables. Based on your selections of Thickness, Quantity, Ship to State and Shipping Quantity Category the final product price will be calculated. The price you see in the cart at checkout will be your actual price which includes shipping. No additional shipping charges will be applied at checkout.
Please note: Although it may be possible to off-load rubber mats one at a time from the motor freight truck you may want to elect the Lift Gate Ooption at checkout. See Lift Gate Service details in this document.
International and Canada Shipping Information:
All customs and/or brokerages fee’s imposed by your country, carrier, or government are your responsibility. Charges to your credit card will show up under S.L.Websales, Inc.
How to box and ship a saddle:
When returning a saddle be sure to pack the saddle upside down in box, cantle and horn protected with padding, stirrups wrapped and nested inside saddle. Be sure to review our Return Policy when returning a saddle.
